Initiate Your Request
Log into your Arsenikbutik account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
